Bernie Ecclestone has made clear that Formula One will pay prize money to only the top 10 teams from the end of this season.

If you’ve to earn money and attract lucrative sponsorship deals, you’ve to finish in the top 10. At least that is the message F1 Supremo Bernie Ecclestone has spelt out. Is it a good move for the smaller F1 teams?
