English Premier League : The most over-rated football club of this season

If you think about who is the most over rated player in the English Premier League, we can surely name few players like Ashley Young, Tom Cleverly, Bendtner, etc. If you think about the most overrated team, it will be a tough choice to make.

Manchester United’s chances of winning the title this year is pretty much zero by now. David Moyes is finding it tough to deliver results. The team is pretty much the same as last year’s team that won the title when playing under Ferguson. This surely makes you wonder whether Fergie was a brilliant tactician or if he was just lucky. If you have followed football even for a couple of years, you will surely know that Ferguson brought the “luck” element into the team. How can we forget the league leaders Arsenal when we are dwelling on this topic!! Arsenal has disappointed its fans for many years. Wenger’s careful spending and departures of players like RVP, Nasri, Fabregas, etc just added to the misery. Despite all the chaos, Wenger has always managed to push Arsenal into the top 4. Until last year, if anyone had asked me the same question, I would have easily said that Arsenal is the most overrated team. This yea, things have changed. Ozil’s arrival has turned Arsenal into a force to be reckoned with. Ramsey, Wilshire and Giroud have found their form and are making every win look effortless. We do get to see the old Arsenal once in a while where they try too much to play beautifully and end up being ineffective. But this season, it would be unfair to call Arsenal over rated

Tottenham Hotspur F.C has always been one of the teams to look out for. In the past few years, Tottenham has shown sparks of brilliance. With players like Aaron Lennon, Roberto Soldado, etc Tottenham is a decent team that deserves its chance to be among the top 4. Lately the team hasn’t been performing up to the fan’s expectations. AVB is finding it tough to answer his critics with bad results. Despite the presence of talented players and a good coach, Tottenham has failed to justify its push into top 4. With the reemergence of Liverpool and Arsenal, Tottenham will surely not finish in the top 4 this year.
